Vitaminsare an important part of anyone’s daily regimen. Our normal lives can cause stress that can be relieved by certain vitamins. For those of you who think that eating a well balanced meal is enough take the time to pull out a copy of the food pyramid. Are you really eating exactly as you should be? Most people do not and cannot as many meals and snacks are eaten on the go. A simple daily vitamin can help with this but an even better solution is to figure out what your body needs as every vitamin benefits the body in a different way and can affect the body differently depending on gender. For example iron is a normal part of a women’s multi-vitamin but it is not as commonly found nor is it really needed in a men’s. A woman’s body needs the iron more than a man’s. A man’s body normally gets the required iron from normal food consumption.
